ABOUT US
Tacos El Flamingo started as a taco truck in 2018 and has now expanded to a full service restaurant in downtown San Mateo. We use the freshest ingredients to make the best Mexican dishes from the Jalisco region of Mexico. Come and enjoy our Molcajetes, Quesabirrias, Menudo on the weekends. Birria de Chivo is also one of our signature dishes. Restaurant will soon expand to a full bar with live music, comedy nights and dancing.
